Shipments and Returns

Your Shipment:


Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via your selected carrier. Shipping fees include handling and packing material fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We suggest you group your items in one order. If we group two distinct orders placed at separate times, a separate shipping fee will apply to each of them.

Special care is taken to protect fragile objects and boxes are amply sized. Although your items will be well-protected, we cannot and will not assume responsibility for damage in transit.


Returns and Refunds Policy

Return instructions:

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

     1. Please email sales@revivalcarriers.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
     2. Mail your returned item to:

     3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.


Return Exceptions:

Downloaded items cannot be returned if the zipped file has been opened.

Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.


Return Refunds:

There are no restocking fees.

Any returns that are due to an error on our part, we will refund the total amount of your purchase including our shipping costs in sending it to you. This refund will be made once we have received the returned item. We do NOT cover the cost of return shipping.
