In these messages, we cover the importance of speaking blessings. There is power in the tongue to bless or to curse.
Going by the promise given to Abraham, those who bless Him and his descendents, will be blessed and those who curse them shall be cursed.
I was very inspired by reading the book “Rethinking Forgiveness” by Michael O’Shields. In it he reveals the many aspects of granting true forgiveness, but also shares on the importance of blessing the people we need to forgive.
Many scriptures are given to encourage God’s people to speak blessings on others, as these will “boomerang” blessing back on them.
Also other Scriptures are referred to that should discourage anyone form speaking cursings on others.
